As a counsellor my initial training was in the Person Centred approach, but in my practice I work in an integrative way, using a number of methods, depending on the needs of the person. As each person is unique, I work with every individual to find a style of counselling which addresses their particular needs, empowering them while paying particular attention to empathy, congruence, confidentiality and safety within the counselling setting. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, supportive and compassionate service.
I work with individuals and couples, helping them to explore their thoughts and feelings around issues such as anxiety, stress, panic, depression, relationship issues, separation and divorce, conflict, anger management, loss, bereavement, grief, trauma, work and career challenges, intimacy, loneliness, loss of meaning or identity, self-esteem and personal development.
